1. No-shows or last-minute ghosting be that in person or any other type of appointment (without any message) may incur a fee. My time is limited, and I plan around your booking.
  • First no-show/no-call: €30,-
  • Repeat no-shows/no-calls: €100,-

2. Running late? Just let me know. If you're more than 15 minutes late without contact, your session will be cancelled and considered a no-show.

3. Early arrivals are sweet, but please don’t show up more than 10 minutes early — I won’t be available until your scheduled time.

4. Need to cancel? No problem. Just let me know at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

5. Real emergencies happen — but things like skipping breakfast don’t count. I do allow flexibility for one-off chaos, especially if it involves family or pets

6. Respect goes both ways. If I ever need to cancel or reschedule, I’ll notify you as early as possible, too.
